"USEFUL LITTLE UTILITY OF-THE-DAY"

 StripHi replaces all the high ASCII charters(ASCII #128 through #255)
 in a text file with spaces & strips all the EOF charters(ASCII charter #26).

 Syntax for StripHi COM is:  StripHi < infile > outfile
 where 'infile' is the file name of the original file,
 and outfile is the name given the output file.

 Save the script between the hash marks to an ASCII file.
 At the DOS prompt enter,  "DEBUG < filename"
 where "filename" is the name of the saved ASCII file.
