Re: Drive cables > placement. Floppy A: should be on the end, the part with the famous "twist", > and floppy B: in the center. BTW, most people make the 3.5" 1.44Meg diskette > drive their A: if they can, there is less problems with installation of DOS Thanx for the detailed response! That's what I needed... so now I can stop trying to put in the conner every so often.. <G> Anywayz.. I'm thinking of doin' the old-switcheroo on my floppies too... I just wanna get me a dual floppy before I mess around with any more cables.. Are those dual floppy drives reliable? Thanx! L8r! GD |
