IBM is right now, as we speak (er...type), working on an upgrade option for
PS/1 BIOS's.  As for riser cards...any slimline desktop is giong to have a
proprietary MB and a riser card....which means about every single computer
bought in a comercial store.  IBM changed the name PS/1 to Aptiva...and they
granted your cache wish....they come with 128K expandable to 512K now.

BTW-PS/1's HAVE WD hard drives in them.
