 YES...Be safe and never ever use DBLSPACE or for that matter DRVSPACE.
 And if you absolutely, positively will never ever use DBLSPACE, you can
 absolutely do, DEL DBLSPACE.* and get rid of that DBLSPACE.BIN entry in
 the root directory safely and without being sorry.  Therefore..........
 YES!!! it is safe.

... Just buy a bigger HD.  They're cheap enough these days.
