I had a friend who wanted to get a new case since his power supply wasn't working, so he went to buy a medium tower, a switch from his desktop setup. When I opened it up, it was exactly the way you described the IBM Aptiva: an expansion card at a right angle with the MB. Had to pull out one of my old ones & put it in there for him. It's still not done cuz I need to sell him my video card. But before that, I need to save enuf $$ to buy me a new VLB card... Any suggestions on a Tseng chipset VLB card? Thanx! L8r! GD |
