er, I have bad news for you guys.  Win95 is still layered on top of DOS.
Although they have made great strides in ease of use, and look and feel, and
the OS is MUCH more stable than before, it still is a GUI on top of DOS.
Now, I still recomend the upgrade since it is an overwhelming improvement
over 3.11.  None the less, it is still win on top of dos, with the same 640K
limitations where they were before.
