I have MP3s of some really hard core psychedelic crap. I was really into this
when I was a young guitar slinger. The first time I heard The Amboy Dukes
play Journey to the Center of the Mind, I like tripped out. I grabbed all the
psychedelic stuff I could find. I got into Steppenwolf, Strawberry
Alarmclock, Ultimate Spinach, Bubble Puppy, Doors, The Shadows of Knight. You
name it. I was also into primordial Clapton i.e., White Room, Sunshine of
Your Love etc. I went to this party in 68 and was wearing this satin Neru
shirt with some beads. There was this black light and some chick came up to
me and wanted to paint my face with dayglo. I had these flowers painted all
on my face and they played Inna Gadda Da Vida over and over again. Oh geeze
I'm having flashbacks.
