I used to have some real wimpy "6 MTX bass tubes...lew 'em both in like 2 months...hehehe...had a Soundstream Reference 500 pushing 'em....hahahahahah Stereo shop salesmen said (and I quote) "Just turn the gain on the amp all the way down, the MTX's can handle it"...yeah right...SAS Bazookas handled that killer amp though...
