Ok I rewrote the entire thing. I had it using a delimited file for future use
but I changed my mind and made it into a standard database file so you can use
any characters. Anyway any previous data you entered will have to be re-entered
and you can delete the va32data.dat file since it isn't being used any longer.

I added a parameter field and took off any limitations for the three fields. So
you can use long filenames or whatever and it should work. Just make sure that
any parameters go in the parameter field or the command most likely will not be
executed (cause it will think that the command file doesn't exist).
