Well the thing is that I didn't modify any of the code regarding outbound email
for version 060402 so it should be possible for previous versions to do it as
well. From the logs you sent me it looks like it was taking charter's smtp
server some time to respond so maybe that had something to do with it. I've
tried to cause the error here but havent had any luck.
