i also bring a bottle of hand sanitizer and use it on the cart handle.
i think wearing a mask at walmart AND sanitizing actually works because that
place is dirty.

i'm sick of being sick. i still have some post nasal drip thing going from when
i was sick in october. i have no idea whats going on here. i'm using a steroid
spray and i hope that helps.
