Runtime error

I checked this morning and VSMTP32 had gotten a runtime error 70: Permission
Denied.  First time to ever see this.  Closed out the error and it shut down
the program, and it sent all the packets that it missed throughout the night.
VSMTP32.LOG shows that the last thing it did was:

Fri 2006-04-07 00:01:06      0  Outbound Socket Initiated To: smtp.charter.net
Fri 2006-04-07 06:20:34      0  --- VSMTP32 v1.2.060402 Loaded

Anything I need to do to prevent this from happening in the future?
