Correct but it is now daylight savings time so you are -05:00 from GMT. When
daylight savings ends it will go back to -06:00. The "Auto-Update Timezone"
feature was to replace my VTimeZone program which did the same thing. It
ensures that the timezone that is appended to the date/time string for database
entries is always correct. It does not affect the BBS in any negative way, but
it does ensure that VADV-PHP can calculate the correct dates and times for
database entries.

It also ensures that a universal format is used among all BBS's instead of some
of the crazy formats I have seen in the past.
