Well, first of all, is your fiance helping you out at all?  I mean does he
help out with the toddler?  If you're home alone durning the day, and find
that your older child is getting on your nerves, maybe you should find a good
day care somewhere to let him go to for a few days a week, or even a few
hours each day.  That will give you the chance to get some rest, and get
yourself together.

Also, how far along are you?  When do you plan to marry?  These changes you
are feeling are only temporary.  You are having a MAJOR hormonal shift right
now that, unfortunately, will last for some time.  Some women even experience
it months after the baby is born (Post Pardem <sp> Depression).  But it will
pass...

If you truly love your fiance, and he truly loves you, you will find a way to
work past this.  I wish you luck, as well as lots of good rest...  From the
sound of things, you'll surely need it!  :)
