2.5.060402 Update (Time Zones)

I just downloaded the latest updates and it changed my time zone from Central
time (-0600) to Eastern time (-0500).  What is up with that?  I know there
was a time change this past weekend, but (-0600) is not supposed to change.

I have seen the option "Auto-Update TimeZone", which states "If enabled,
VADV32 will automatically update the BBS timezone to match the system's.", and
if I look, my system is set to (GMT -06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).
