Girlfriend, call your OBGYN and ask for the phone number of some professional
help.  If you are having money problems, then there are many places <catholic
charities for instance, and you aren't required to be catholic> that offer
psychological assistance on a sliding scale according to what you can afford.
You could just be having hormonal swings, or you might actually be freaking
out over the prospect of being 21 and married with two kids.

It also sounds to me like you need to take a parenting class or two.  Those
are available through many different avenues.  You must TELL someone that you
have a problem and seek help for it.  For your sake, for Steven's sake, but
most of all for that two year old and his sibling.
