Hi Virtual Advanced Community!

Early in my career, they told us we 'better learn to code,' so I did but this
tech is before my time, and I am lost. I've got some experience with HTML, CSS,
PHP, GlobaLeaks, SSL and all that but never as local host. Let alone through a
copper line via a dialup modem.

Need someone to help walk me through setting up a localhost, installation of
Virtual Advanced BBS plus the web interface. I also need to setup a US Robotics
modem, if anyone knows how to do that, that would be awesome. +++ if I could
accept faxes as image files. Who knows, by the end of this, maybe I'll learn
how to write it in if doesn't exist.

I need a rock-solid system of preserving anonymity, bypassing censorship,
botnets and DDOS attacks. If there was ever a pivotal moment in time for the
preservation of VBBS, that time is now.
