The log is not very significant other than having a specific IP address
pounding me all day long. A Whois shows it's from China yet I still think it
has to do with Win10 rebooting because my DUC client will not be running as
well as my timed event program for tossing message bases. I have a synchronet
bbs that I am playing with as a game server and it will be up and running
because the executable will always load when Windows does.
