Happy Birthday and welcome to the 50s!!!  

These are the years (at least for me) where the mind and body seem to operate at
different ages.  My mind doesn't see an issue with me playing football outside
in the heat, but my body responds differently.  Not to mention the time it takes
to recover is longer.
