This would be specific to VADV32. It installs by default with the 32-bit
fossil, which does not work on x64. What *IS* in the pcmicro documentation
though is that due to the nature of how NTVDMx64 works you have to install the
netfoss DLLs into the system appropriate folder (netfoss.dll 32-bit to
WINDOWS\SYSTEM and netfos64.dll 64-bit to WINDOWS\SYSWOW64) otherwise it won't
work.

I was actually troubleshooting NET2BBS on another bbs software and was getting
similar behavior and the advice I got about that made me realize what was going
on. VADV32 is using NETFOSS.COM as the fossil driver, so switching out to the
64-bit one makes sense until VADV32 can be modified to point to the fossil or
to install system specific.
