I have NTVDMx64 installed, I've used it on a couple of other old dos-based
BBSes and it works great with NetSerial. I wanted to spin up VADV32 so
installed and did a basic configuration.

When I connect I get this:

That FSP thing is a single unicode character. Also when a user connects I get
an audio "ding" from the PC (the default windows notification sound) twice.

The second time I ever tried to connect it worked, but then it hasn't worked
since unfortunately. I checked the firewall and even added in a couple other
EXEs from the directory to make sure it wasn't something there. A bit confused
on where to go now.
