I've noticed this anomoly with windows 10. Every couple of days, I find that
VADV32 has been shut down and I cannot figure out why. Interestingly if I
click on the icon, it won't open up unless I reboot the PC and then it starts
right up. I am wondering if there is something I am missing with regard to
Win 10 permissions and/or if the program was perceived as a threat and the OS
shuts it down. Any thoughts?
