I think the reason I like Netrunner--it's multi-platform and it has an old school appeal. I first started using it when I was trying out Mystic BBS software, playing around with installing it on Linux (in VirtualBox), then testing it. My main PC is Windows 10. Secondary PC is Linux. BBS PC is Windows 7. I have three Raspberry Pi 3B+'s and two Zero W's that I'm using different distros on for fun projects. The laptop and micro PC I use at work both run Windows 10, but I frequently install Linux distros to toy around with and also use VirtualBox quite a bit. In all of these configuration, I can use Netrunner, which is quite appealing. On a Windows system, ZOC is clearly superior. |
