For those of you not keeping up with the latest VADV32 improvements...

Things are progessing nicely for the next release. All of VConfig has been
completed except for the ability to add and remove databases. I've added some
configuration features that are not found in Vconfig too, such as the
teleconference editor and function block editor.

Compile network data and optimize db configuration is operational. In fact,
VADV32 optimizes the configuration more than VConfig does.

VADV32 now features an updater so you do not have to check the website for new
versions. You can tell it what type of releases to check for and it will notify
you when a new version is available.

If you find any bugs, please report them!
