The VNET Mailer has been renamed to just VMailer (not to be confused with
VMail). I have scrapped the work I did previously and have started over with it
based on the current code from the policy server. By doing this I'm further
ahead than where I was with the actual code. I'm going to push to get this
thing done so I can retire. So, stay tuned for more info.
