To start the year off, I've released some long awaited programs.

VADV32 v4.1 is now available and contains a ton of changes. The visual changes
are the first thing you will notice, but underneath it adds a lot of new
functionality and fixes several bugs. Netfoss v1.01 is required so it is
recommended you use the installer to upgrade. If you want to do it manually,
Netfoss can be downloaded at www.netfoss.com.

VIRC32 v1.3 is available. This is the first release in almost four years! It
contains a few enhancements as well as the new visual changes.

Other programs released are VSMTP32 v2.6, VMail v1.7, VCleanDb v2.2 and
Nodelist Viewer v1.4. Updated programs to fix a window bug are PolicyServer,
V32Update, VFileSyn and VRSS.
