Login your BBS and goto file menu. Type /UPL and it should show whatever is in
that database.

The upload database is UPLOADS.DAT/UPLOADS.BIN in the DB directory.

I haven't added anything to va32 to handle new uploads yet so it must be done
in the BBS itself.
