I'm the subslist coordinator now so I'm in charge of the arealist again. I've
redone the entire arealist and it is available for download on the vadvbbs.com
site as usual. It is recommended that all vnet sysops grab the new files. If
you would like information on how to automatically download them each night,
let me know.

For now, the VMB option to add new subs is disabled. All new sub requests
should be posted either in the VirtualNET SysOps sub or emailed to me.

Sysops who are hosting subs on VirtualNET should run the following commands
atleast once a week if not each night:
VMB.EXE /VCHECK NETWORKID=1
VMB.EXE /REPORT NETWORKID=1
