Once you make a post in a VNET sub, it may take two or three minutes for it to appear in the VNET directory as a "A" file. VADV32 has to initiate message tossing twice before it will appear in the directory. The first time the message is moved from SPOOL.NET to PENDING.1 and the second time the message is moved from PENDING.1 to the VNET directory. The batch file was made for FTP transfers. The first IF statement checks to see if the outbound zip file exists. If not, then we know we have nothing to send so goto transfer to connect and receive any packets.
