OK.. So all this is starting to make sense. I understand the batch file and what its doing and I get the Argus configurations. However, something that I don't understand. If I post a message in one of the VNet message areas on my BBS and run VNET.EXE 0 /U NETWORKID=1. Should it not create the *000000.001 file. I do see an X0000000.001 file but its dated back on 1/20 and I just created a test message. Another thing, the batch file reads CD /D C:\VA\VNET1 IF NOT EXIST Z0000000.001 GOTO Transfer IF EXIST OUT\Z0000000.001 GOTO Transfer I understand the one if the Zipped file is in the OUT then no need to create a packet. But the 1st IF statement, if the Zipped file doesn't exist in VNET1 dir then skip creating the packet. Why would it be there? By the way, thanks for all your help with this! -Dean -- [AT2k] -- Your VBBS/VADV Support Center -- [www.at2k.org] -- [bbs.at2k.org] |
