There is a problem when creating a new message base using vmb.

If you create a message base TWO message bases with the same name are created.
That is why there is two Movies, Legends of the red dragon, and legends of the
green dragon databases.  I would like to request more VirtualNET databases but
I know that there will two created if I do confusing people who want to join.
Is there a way to fix this and to delete the double entries that exist now.
