Hi. I'm setting up a new VADV BBS and I'll apologies up front for my ignorance.
 I haven't ran a BBS since the 80's in the old dial-up days. I wanted to ask if
it is possible to setup VNet to just receive packets prior to membership? I
want to be able to test and see that I have things setup correctly. I did
submit my applications for VNet and Fidonet on the 12th, but I'm still waiting
for responses.

In addition, if anyone can point me to helpful documentation or the sorts on
setting up the echomail, it would be much appreciated. I have been doing a lot
of searching and piecing things together, but it is a little convoluted. From
what I have seen thus far, I think I am looking at setting up BinkD with flags
and setup the file triggers in V32.
