VFileSyn only uses one method to get file descriptions. They are in this order:

VFILES.BBS->FILES.BBS->SFFILES.BBS->DESCRIPT.ION->FILE_ID.DIZ->DESC.SDI->FILENA
ME.EXT

VADV was showing the short and long description because his account settings
were set to show double line w/ extended description.
