Hi Steve, That seems to work a little better, however, the following files.bbs entry (when read in through VFileSync) produces the results shown on the screenshot found here: http://www.tfn.net/~lac7282/example.jpg My VFileSync settings are currently: "Use extenal file description" is checked "Purge all databases" is checked (since I'm only testing with this one file) My files.bbs currently reads: VFSYN_22.ZIP VFileSyn v2.2 - VFileSyn will synchronize your file databases with your file directories. It looks as if the first line is a fixed-width "short" description and then it repeats the description over again. Thank you, Larry > > FILENAME<space>DESCRIPTION > > It will also do SFFILES.BBS which is like so: > > FILENAME<space>FILESIZE<space>FILEDATE<space>DESCRIPTION > > There is one entry per line. Also the number of spaces between the values > doesn't matter so you can format it for easy reading. > > You'll need to reformat the multiline descriptions so they are on one line (n > CRLF). > > Steve > > > -- > [AT2k] -- Your VBBS/VADV Support Center -- [www.at2k.org] -- [bbs.at2k.org] -- [AT2k] -- Your VBBS/VADV Support Center -- [www.at2k.org] -- [bbs.at2k.org] |
