Most likely you forgot to add the database topic letter to your message
function block. For example, open \va\v\message.fb in a text editor. Line 2
contains the database topics available for this menu. If you created a new
topic (probably "B", you'd add that to the end of the line, so it'd now look
like "AB". Save it and now topic B is available on your message menu.
