IIRC, one of Europe's nodelist police has a way of telling people when a
system/sysop first showed up, and the last time they were listed.  Not sure
if he is doing it by hand or what, be he sometimes chimes in to correct
someone about when they first joined FIDO.

He must not have much to do.
