At the request of Steve Winn, I will be recoding VA32.  It will be a
minimalist recode, including only the telnet server, events and tossing.
The rest of the options will be moduled out and completed at a later date.
This project is scheduled to be finished at the end of August of 2004.

The new netfossil release is amazing in the speed department. With support
for 32 bit doors and this new netfossil, we should be able to rival
Synchronet.
