Is your SMTP directory valid? Basically when you write an email, it goes into
SPOOL.NET. When messages are tossed, it decides what to do with the messages
contained. Internet email would be stored in PENDING.9. When messages toss
again VUUCP will process the pending file and write the outbound Internet email
into the SMTP directory. VSMTP32 will then pick it up and do the dirty work.
