a woman with a great rack and good skills can make a LOT on tips.  A male waiter
who is attentive and has good skills can make good money too.

I'm in a liberal area and a handful of restaurants give benefits and a 'living
wage of 12-21/hr'.

I'm pretty sure they had some real staffing issues and they went back to tips.

I only do not tip when the person is horrible. and i write on the receipt what 
their issue was.  that's probably about 2 times.

i think it was buffalo wildwings both times. i hate that dump.
