I tried 16x16 icons for the dashboard but it just didn't look very good and was
hard to see what you were clicking.

How is the release (061118) version working for you? I did remove the title bar
which made it a little thinner. The pushpin will make it always on top and also
lock the dashboard so it can't be moved.

The 061118 versions of VSMTP32 and VIRC32 have the glowing tray icons like
VADV32.

I did try to completely replace the VADV32 icon with a new design but never
could make one that I liked better. I had some that were pretty when I drew
them but didn't look so good at 16x16 heh. If anyone is good at making icons
then let me know.
