 I wonder how is she doing lately?  We can just guess ..but she's
 a young , pregnant woman ..who most likely needs doctor's care.
 Her intollerance could very well be due to her tiredness, lacking
 iron...etc.   Let's hope her family is understanding. I don't know, may
 be her pregnancy was unplanned and she might be blaming her husband?
 But in all likeliness, seems it's iron/estrogen...hormon defficiency.
 Hope she is doing okay.
