Summary0000061: Expand the list of states.
DescriptionWhen signing up a new account the "State" field only includes US states. We should include Canadian provinces and add an option at the top for NA for users who are not in North America.

Canadian Provinces added to the generator function that generates the dropbox options for new user registration. (There is no dropdown box in either of the user editors...Maybe there should be to match the new user registration?)
